Arthritis Care is national charity with over 90 staff. They have offices in London, Glasgow and Belfast and also a number of home workers. We were appointed to provide them with an ‘Outsourced IT’ department as their full time in house IT had become an expensive, underutilised resource. We now provide an engineer on-site 3 days per week giving their London staff an on-site IT department. Regular visits to the regional offices keep problems under control too.
Technical
Arthritis Care staff and management alike regard us as their IT department. We are entrusted to make decisions on IT expenditure and are depended upon to maintain all of their IT systems. We are directly involved with any departmental 3rd party software requirements and are often asked to deal directly with suppliers as a representative of Arthritis Care.
