Simon
After graduating from The University of Portsmouth in 1999 with a BSc
(Hons) in Information Technology & Society, Simon worked as a 2nd level IT support technician for IBM. Since then, Simon has worked as a Senior IT Engineer for a small support company and as Head of IT for a national charity.
Keith
After finishing his apprenticeship as a field engineer in 1993 and gaining an HND in Electronics, Keith moved to Wakebourne as a Senior Field Engineer and then on to Computacenter to head up their tech support team where he was awarded various qualifications from Microsoft, IBM, Toshiba and Compaq/HP.
Alison
After graduating The University of Sunderland in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, Alison has worked as a management accounts assistant and the office manager for an sme. Alison now deals with all of our accounts and back office paperwork.
